Sully Taylor, PhD (University of Washington), is Professor of International Management and Human Resource Management at Portland State University, School of Business Administration, and Associate Dean and Director of Academic Programs. He holds BS and MBA degrees from the University of Southern California, and the DBA degree from Nova Southeastern University. Aaron Smith, PhD, is Professor of Sport Management at La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia.
